Holland Hitch of Canada promotes Michael Chance to field sales manager

HOLLAND, Mich. — Holland Hitch of Canada, a subsidiary of The Holland Group, Inc. (Holland), has promoted Michael Chance to the position of Field Sales Manager.

Chance’s duties include management of the Holland Canada field sales force, current market share growth, forecasting, domestic sales and trends analysis and all sales hiring and training.

Prior to his promotion, Chance served for four years as Holland’s Sales and Service Representative for Northern and Eastern Ontario and Manitoba. He was presented with the Holland Sales Excellence Award in 2004 for his work in increasing Holland’s market share within his territory. Prior to joining Holland, Chance spent five years as a Sales Representative for 3M and 14 years with Akzo Nobel where he progressed from a sales position to Sales Manager and then Regional Manager. Chance holds his BA in Economics from York University.

Holland specializes in products for coupling, lifting and suspension systems for trucks, buses, tractors and trailers. These products include fifth wheels, landing gear, air and mechanical suspensions, kingpins, pintle hooks, drawbars, couplers, lift gates and roll formed components.
