Kline to lead North American sales operations for Meritor HVS

TROY, Mich. — Meritor Automotive has named Dennis Kline vice-president, North American sales, for its Heavy Vehicle Systems business.

He succeeds James H. Brown, who will retire from Meritor effective Jan. 1, 1999.

Kline has 23 years of sales and marketing experience with the company, most recently serving as general manager, OEM sales. In Kline’s organization are Joe Kirby, director, national accounts; Bill Walther, director, field operations; Frank Palmeri, director, strategic marketing and drivetrain integration; Kay Grayson, manager, customer support; and a to-be-announced general manager, OEM Sales.
