Maddocks loading up TM4WIN

As software developer Maddocks Systems nears the release of version 5.0 of its popular TruckMate for Windows fleet management software at a user’s conference in September, the company continues to look at programs to bundle with it.

Maddocks is testing two new document imaging and management programs, and plans to release a version of TM4Win for IBM AS/400 network servers to appeal to larger truck fleets with a high volume of trips and individual bills.

Last month, Maddocks added to it cheque-printing module the ability to print customized cheques with MICR markings. MICR (Magnetic Ink Character Recognition) is the special encrypted printing that appears on the bottom of most cheques. The software was developed by Create-A-Check Business Solutions of Salt Lake City. It allows you to print cheques with an encrypted company logo and two encrypted signatures.
