MATS REPORT: Eaton does a 360

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Eaton Corp. announced an extensive new aftermarket transmission ordering program at the Mid-America Trucking show yesterday.

Named the Fuller 360 degrees, the four-point program is being billed by the company as most comprehensive transmission overhaul program in the industry, providing a simple system for ordering and stocking genuine Fuller parts, remanufactured transmissions, Master Rebuilder kits and Subassemblies.

Through this program, transmission rebuilders and repair shops can streamline their operations and improve service cycle times. These improvements can be achieved by purchasing complete Fuller Reman transmissions or pre-assembled Fuller subassemblies — each manufactured using only genuine Fuller parts then performance tested to meet the same specifications as new transmissions.

High volume rebuilders can save money and manage inventories more effectively by purchasing bulk parts regularly through the Fuller 360 program, reducing multiple order processes and improving inventory levels.

Eaton is also offering 35 comprehensive Master Rebuilder kits, containing all of the genuine Fuller parts used in rebuilding transmissions along with a the service manual

“From individual stocked parts to factory remanufactured Fuller Reman transmissions, the Fuller 360 program covers the rebuilders and repair shops from all angles, helping them to more effectively manage their business and enabling them to take their operations to the next level,” said David Plaster, aftermarket marketing manager.

Additional features and benefits of the Fuller 360 program include: A comprehensive one-year warranty that is transferable throughout North America on all parts, kits, remanufactured Fuller transmissions, and Fuller subassemblies; and complete technical support is available from the Roadranger toll free call-in support center. To reach Roadranger customer service in the U.S. or Canada, dial 1-800-826-HELP.
