AYR, Ont. — Quick Truck Lube will be holding its sixth annual customer appreciation barbeque July 8. The event will take place at the company’s Ayr location from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Officials say attendees can enjoy “exceptional discounts and (a) social atmosphere as well as the opportunity to speak directly to top vendors regarding their products,” in addition to a free barbeque lunch.

Industry representatives from Chevron, Shell, Mobil, Castrol, Mack, Peterbilt, Fleetguard, and Cummins Eastern Canada will be attending the event, while Peterbilt, Mack and Kenworth will have new trucks on site for viewing. Organizers have promised giveaways form both Quick Truck Lube and the vendors during the event.

“We feel proud of our leadership role in the lubricants industry and take our responsibility as (our customers’) service provider very seriously,” said the company in a release. “We have arranged a one day show at our Ayr location for trucking professionals to get the latest advancements in lubrication technology as well as the proven performance characteristics of oils and oil related products.”
