TORONTO — Tuition costs keep going up, but the Toronto Transportation Club (TTC) wants to help ease this problem by providing $6,000 towards your child’s education.

As long as you’re a member of the TTC, the annual scholarship is available to any of your dependents (children, grandchildren, adopted children, stepchildren, or children you may be the legal guardian of) who are entering their first year of university or college.

It’s quite simple really, all they have to do is fill out an application available on the TTC website and make sure that it is received by June 1. That’s it!

Your child doesn’t even need to be in a transportation-related program, it is available for anyone. The scholarship is paid out in four installments of $1,500 each year for the duration of their four-year program.
