Rollins Truck Leasing Corp. buys Toronto-based Range

WILMINGTON, Del. (Aug. 3, 1999) — Rollins Truck Leasing Corp., the third-largest full-service truck leasing and rental company in the United States, has bought Toronto-based Range Transportation Systems Inc. for an undisclosed sum.

Range, a truck rental and leasing business with annual revenues of $10 million US, operates four branch locations in the greater Toronto metropolitan area.

Rollins has annual revenues $625 million US and services a fleet of 39,000 vehicles through 213 locations in the U.S. and Canada. The company also provides logistics services and manages complete truck transportation and distribution systems for companies in a wide range of industries.
