Three more NY crossings are ACE ready
MASSENA, NY — U.S. Customs and Border Protection has advised, starting today, the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) functionality for electronic truck manifest (e-Manifest), will be deployed for testing at Canada-New York State northern border crossings of Massena and Ogdensburg, N.Y.
ACE testing is slated to begin at the Alexandria Bay, N.Y. border on Sept. 11, 2006.
This follows the previous New York State ACE e-Manifest test deployment and “Phase 4” enforcement at the Champlain crossing on September 1.
