TransForce’s Rogers to retire

MONTREAL, Que. — TransForce announced today that its director, Ronald D. Rogers is retiring.

Rogers has been the director of TransForce since 2006. He was also the chairman of the audit committee.

“Ronald D. Rogers’ tenure with TransForce has been marked by his involvement and numerous valuable contributions. On behalf of the entire Board, I extend sincere thanks to Mr. Rogers for his service and wish him continued success in his various endeavours,” said Alain Bédard, chairman, president and chief executive officer of TransForce.

Annie Lo, corporate director and member of the audit committee, who joined TransForce’s board in 2014, will succeed Rogers as chair of the audit committee, effective immediately.
