Truckers leaning on smartphone smarts: Survey

TORONTO, Ont. — Whether you’re on the road or at home, a phone is likely at your side. Statistics Canada reports that more than three-quarters of all Canadian adults owned a smartphone in 2016. Combine those phones with in-cab telematics devices and the potential for app use is almost endless.

In this month’s Pulse Survey, Today’s Trucking asked Canadian truckers — what apps drive you?
