Vancouver Port Authority CEO to give keynote speech at Calgary Chamber of Commerce luncheon

CALGARY, Alta. — The Van Horne Institute and the Calgary Chamber of Commerce (CCC) have announced that Captain Gordon Houston, president and CEO of the Vancouver Port Authority, will be the keynote speaker at a CCC luncheon Nov. 30.

With over 42 years in the business of marine transportation, Captain Houston will discuss how the Port of Vancouver is moving towards becoming the North American Gateway.

The lunch will take place at the Calgary Chamber of Commerce from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
