Volvo Group names Simons SVP of aftermarket parts sales for Mack, Volvo Trucks
Richard Simons has been appointed senior vice-president of aftermarket parts sales for Mack Trucks and Volvo Trucks North America, effective June 30, the company announced in a news release.
Simons brings 30 years of experience in the commercial transportation industry, having held senior roles in parts, service, and remarketing with various OEMs. H
e previously spent more than 27 years at Daimler Truck North America, most recently as general manager of parts sales and marketing, for more than eight years.
He will be based in Greensboro, N.C.
