SALT LAKE CITY, Utah — Canadian supplier Fleet Brake Parts and Service has announced it will sell off its assets in Utah and Idaho, so it can focus on Canadian service and distribution strategy.

The company says it has reached an agreement in principle to sell certain US assets that were recently acquired by Fleet Brake USA.

The company says it found through extensive diligence that the move was in the best interests of the staff and families of what was formerly Page Brake.

“After a successful and busy week at HDAW (Heavy-Duty Aftermarket Week), I made the decision to concentrate on our strategic plan in Canada and we wish the former employees of Page Brake the best in the new operations,” announced president of Fleet Brake, John Bzeta.
