OAKBROOK TERRACE, Ill. — NationaLease says it has upgraded its online emergency road service directory, offering customers faster response times.

The directory is now available to members online at www.nationalease.com.

The service is designed to provide emergency response 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to drivers experiencing breakdowns or needing repairs throughout the US and Canada. The new ServiCenter Directory includes a number of improvements that the company states, provide drivers with “the fastest response time in the industry.”

NationaLease says member companies needing assistance simply enter the address of where the truck is located. A map will appear showing all NationaLease affiliates in the vicinity and the full contact information.

The ServiCenter Directory was designed to allow members to: view all service locations and instantly obtain contact information; learn about NationaLease-provided insurance substitute vehicle policies and procedures; and download certifications of liability insurance for substitutes. The site includes a training film to educate staff on what constitutes a reciprocal service emergency breakdown situation, and what procedures to follow.
