P.S.I. names new senior director of global sales and marketing

SAN ANTONIO, Texas – James Sharkey has been named senior director of global sales and marketing for Pressure Systems International (P.S.I.).

Joining P.S.I. in 2013, Sharkey was employed as the director of strategic initiatives and has an impressive resume in the commercial vehicle industry that includes leading a startup drivetrain system supplier and as vice-president of sales for a North American trailer original equipment manufacturer.

Sharkey also worked with Meritor for over 23 years and holds a bachelor of science with a mechanical engineering degree from Kettering University in Flint, Mich. and a masters of business administration from Oakland University in Rochester, Mich.

“The credentials (Sharkey) brought to P.S.I. and his outstanding character have been a great fit for our organization,” said Tim Musgrave, president and CEO of P.S.I. “He has proven to be a key factor in the growth of our business since his arrival. He certainly deserves the faith we have in him in naming him to this key role. In his new position, (Sharkey) will help us build our market share, both domestically and globally, to expand our leadership position in tire inflation systems.”

P.S.I. has worked in automatic tire inflations systems for 22 years.
