Pair of Canadian service managers named to Kenworth Service Council

KIRKLAND, Wash. – Members of the 2016 Kenworth Service Council have been named, and two Canadians make up the list of leading Kenworth Truck Company service managers.

Members of this year’s council includes: Adam Burrough, Edmonton Kenworth, Edmonton, Alta.; Grant Easton, Kenworth Truck Centres of Ontario, Concord, Ont.; chairman Kyle Platt, Fort Wayne Truck Center, Fort Wayne, Ind.; Chris Bowers, Worldwide Equipment, Abingdon, Va.; Wes Sage, Papé Kenworth, Eugene, Ore.; Lucas Smith, Kenworth of Dayton, Dayton, Ohio; Darrin Weimer, MHC Kenworth, Leawood, Kan.; Richard Williamson, Truckworx Kenworth, Birmingham, Ala.; and Kenworth Dealer Council representative David Laird, Papé Kenworth, Eugene, Ore.

The Kenworth Service Council helps to promote service and product improvements to enhance the company’s PremierCare customer support at its more than 360 locations in Canada and the U.S.

PremierCare dealers assist fleet and truck operators by offering parts and accessories, factory-trained technicians and roadside assistance, while PremierCare Gold dealers provide additional services, such as evening and weekend hours, rapid diagnosis on repair time in less than two hours and TruckTech+ personnel.
