AGI slashes prices

DON MILLS, Ont. – AUX Generators Inc. (AGI) says it is committed in the battle against high fuel prices by providing truck owners an alternative to main engine idling.

To prove it, the company is offering a published discount price to all drivers for the winter season. Its Aux system, installed, is now available for $5,850 – that’s down from the regular $6,500. As well, the Genaux 2000, installed, is now $6,350 – down from its regular $6,990. Call 877-843-5289.

Calgary’s top dog

LEHIGH VALLEY, Pa. – Mack Trucks, Inc. has bestowed the title of Canadian Leasing Member of the Year to Calgary Mack Leasing and Truck Rental, an affiliate of Calgary Mack Sales Limited.

Calgary Mack Sales was founded in 1987 and the leasing operation started in 1999. The 21,000-square-foot facility employs 50 people. David Punt, president of both companies, also has additional Mack Truck dealerships in Red Deer and Lethbridge.
