Quebec won’t pose anytime soon

QUEBEC CITY, Que. – After having tabled Bill 17 this spring to introduce photo radar in Quebec, the government has decided it will not pass the Bill into law.

Details on why the Bill was shelved are unavailable, but Roch Tremblay, with the Society D’Assurance Automobile du Quebec says, “Bill 17 has been put on ice.”

Another source tells Truck News this means Quebec residents will not have to worry about photo radar for at least several more years, if ever.
