MISSISSAUGA, Ont. – Trailmobile Canada Ltd., a leading manufacturers of semi trailers, says it intends to proceed with a rights offering to raise up to $1 million. Shareholders of record on Aug. 10 were entitled to one right for each common share held. Four rights entitled the individual to subscribe for one common share at cost of nine cents, the company notes. Rights need to be exercised by Aug. 31. n
