COMPETITION WATCH: Bison tops division in TCA’s fleet safety awards for fifth straight year

WINNIPEG, Man. — Bison Transport, three-time Grand Prize Winner of the Truckload Carriers Association (TCA) National Fleet Safety Award, has once again placed first in the 100+ million mile category with the lowest DOT reportable accident rate for the fifth consecutive year. 

Bison was selected in its division as the winner in the TCA’s 35th annual instalment of the awards, which recognize trucking companies that demonstrate a superior commitment to safety and accident reduction. 

Bison is now eligible to compete for the Grand Prize, which evaluates the top carriers in all categories in terms of accident rates and overall safety initiatives and programs.
