WINNIPEG, Man. – For the second time, Waterstone Human Capitol has named Bison Transport as one of Canada’s 10 Most Admired Corporate Cultures, making it the only trucking company and only Manitoba business to earn the honor.

“Bison’s Mission Statement of empowering our people, enabling our customers and elevating our business, and our core values of safety, spirit, service, sustainability and success underlie Bison’s commitment to creating an environment that allows our employees and professional drivers to grow, prosper and excel,” said Don Streuber, Bison’s executive chairman and CEO.

In 2013, Bison received the accolades in the mid-market category, and has now been named in the enterprise category for businesses with revenues above $500 million.

“We are grateful to know that the collective efforts of everyone at Bison to embody our mission and values are being recognized with this award,” said Bison president Rob Penner. “What we do matters a lot, but how we do things here is of equal importance. We are extremely proud of how our people work with and for each other for the betterment of our employees, customers and suppliers alike.”
