ARLINGTON, Va. — Marsh Insurance has joined the Best Fleets to Drive For contest and survey as a sponsor for the Company Driver category.

The program, now in its third year, allows drivers and owner/operators to nominate their carrier as a Best Fleet to Drive For. Two grand prizes are awarded, Best Fleet for Company Drivers and Best Fleet for Owner/Operators. The program is run by CarriersEdge and the Truckload Carriers Association and is open to all for-hire trucking companies with 10 or more trucks.

The top 20 finalists qualify as Best Fleets to Drive For under the program. This year’s winners will be announced at the beginning of February.

In addition to recognizing the best carriers to work for, the program also provides a platform to share best practices from within the industry.

“Marsh strongly believes in sharing best practices across the industry and promoting the positive programs that fleets are running,” said Scott Cober, national transportation practice leader for Marsh Canada. “We are proud to support Best Fleets to Drive For and to recognize organizations that maintain strong workplace environments and superior risk management practices.”
