by Truck News

AYR, Ont. – This Saturday, June 25, JBT Transport will launch the public phase of the Stuff-A-JBT-Truck for Fort Mac campaign.

JBT will be located at Zehrs Hiway Center in Kitchener, Ont. and at Foodland Ayr June 25-26 collecting new and non-perishable food donation items from the public for those who were displaced by the Fort McMurray wildfire last month.

People can also drop off donations before June 30 at the JBT office located at 235 Waydom Drive, Ayr, Ont. between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.

“We are excited to announce the next phase of our campaign,” says Stuff-A-JBT-Truck coordinator Natalie Martin. “We’ve had a warm response from businesses that have been busy over the last month collecting donations. Now we are opening the door for the public to get involved and lend their support.”

JBT has also set up to receive monetary contributions on behalf of the Canadian Red Cross, which will be accepted until June 30.
