BURLINGTON, NJ — Charles J. Arsenault is retiring as CEO of Arsenault Associates, a well-known supplier of transportation industry software.

He will be replaced by Jack Boetefuer, who has enjoyed a progressively larger role with the company since being recruited in 2004 to run the company’s sales organization.

“Jack Boetefuer’s assumption of control has been part of a well-planned transition. Since 2006, he has, in fact, been running the company both strategically and day-to-day as I have cut back. So, the transition is already accomplished and has worked well. The company revenues have more than doubled and our reputation in the market has grown tremendously under Jack’s leadership,” Arsenault commented in an e-mail to industry announcing his retirement.

Arsenault will remain an advisor to the company he founded.
