UPS Canada unveils more flexible international delivery options
MISSISSAUGA, Ont. -- In what the company says is the largest expansion of its international shipping portfolio in more than a decade, UPS announced it will begin offering customers three, rather than two, daily time-definite delivery options between Canada, the U.S., Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

CALGARY -- Officials representing some of Alberta's largest for-hire trucking carriers say they were shocked when the province's minister of Infrastructure & Transportation announced last week that Alberta would not be mirroring new federal hours of service legislation scheduled to take affect January 2007.

TORONTO -- As part of OTA's 80th anniversary celebrations, an extensive collection of almost 1,000 photos, depicting the development of trucking in Canada and significant developments in trucking history, is being digitized and stored by the association in electronic format.
