Commercial Vehicle Group rolls out new premium seat
NEW ALBANY, Ohio – Commercial Vehicle Group introduced a new premium seat to its Bostrom Seating brand’s premium all-makes seat offering for class 7 and 8 heavy-duty trucks recently.
The new seat is called the Wide Ride Core and according to the company, delivers the benefits of a wider seat design like a wider seat cushion and a new optional “Smart” seat memory switch that enables drivers to quickly exit the vehicle by deflating the seat, and then inflating when they enter the vehicle. The seat also comes in a new colour option, Saddle with Ultraleather or genuine leather.
“We are excited about the launch of Wide Ride Core,” said Patrick Miller, president of CVG’s Global Truck & Bus division. ”This new seat will extend our popular Wide Ride II product platform into additional vocational and regional applications.”
