Continental launches high-traction regional drive tire
Continental’s new Conti Scandinavia HD3 regional drive tire designed for winter traction is now available.
It features multiple sipe technologies including 3D siping for traction in extreme conditions, including mud, snow, and rain. A matching retread is available and it can be ordered as an “intelligent” tire with embedded sensor.
An extended fourth belt enhances retreadability, according to the company.
The tire comes with a 27/32” tread depth and an all-season compound. The Conti Scandinavia HD3 can be ordered in two sizes: 11R22.5 and 11R24.5, load range H.
