Al-powered delivery management system FarEye launched Pilot, a dispatch platform designed to automate and streamline last-mile delivery operations.

Pilot uses a network of 11 specialized AI agents to manage key dispatch functions, helping teams plan routes, manage driver rosters, validate delivery data, recover failed deliveries, audit proof of delivery, and reconcile invoices.

The company said in a release that the system is designed to reduce the manual workload on dispatchers, who often rely on multiple systems and reactive decision-making to manage daily operations. FarEye claims that across enterprise deployments, Pilot’s AI-led capabilities have delivered a 95% reduction in dispatcher hours, 17.5% lower cost per delivery, and over 90% first-attempt delivery rates.

The platform is ready for deployment and integrates with existing transportation, order, and warehouse management systems.

FarEye said the system is already being used by large enterprise customers, including Blue Dart, Maersk Ground Freight, and Tractor Supply Company, to manage both in-house and third-party delivery networks.
