Fleet Engineers unveils new mud flaps for wide-base tires

by Truck News

MUSKEGON, Mich. – Fleet Engineers announced the release of a wide version of its popular AeroFlap mud flap.

The new mud flap called the AF-19, is 19” and is sized for wide-base tires. According to the company, the flap offers the best spray suppression and aerodynamic value and was made with fuel-conscious fleet managers in mind.

The company’s patented diamond-patterned designs allow water and air to flow through the flap which reduces vehicle drag and increases fuel mileage. The flow of water and air also helps improve safety because of the reduction of rain spray on the road.

The flaps come in various lengths and are available in black or white with straight or angled top edges.

You can find more information about the AeroFlap on the Fleet Engineers Web site.
