Hendrickson carries Haldex ModulT
Hendrickson has expanded its product portfolio to include the Haldex ModulT air disc brake for trailer applications.
Features of the brake include a single-tappet mechanism to distribute pressure, two stainless steel slide pins that don’t need to be lubricated, double roller bearings for the mechanism lever to keep hysteresis low, and simplified maintenance, Haldex says. There’s also a boltless, snap-on brake pad retainer, simplifying brake pad replacements, and the design features just two bolts to perform routine maintenance on the caliper bushing.
