Mack Trucks is expanding its Mack Premium Service Contract to the MD series, giving medium-duty customers access to factory-backed maintenance and repair coverage.

The plans are tailored to each truck’s operation and can include scheduled preventive maintenance, along with extended coverage for the powertrain, aftertreatment system, chassis, clutch, and towing, according to a news release. Repairs are performed by factory-trained technicians using genuine Mack replacement parts.

Mack said the service contracts allow inspections, maintenance, and repairs to be completed during a single visit, while dealer fleet managers can help schedule service in advance to reduce unplanned downtime. Customers also receive fixed monthly pricing and flexible payment options.
