LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Kenworth has created a limited edition W900 featuring a premium interior for owner/operators or fleet driver reward programs.

The Pendleton Limited Edition W900 was introduced at the Mid-America Trucking Show this morning. The stylish interior was influenced by designers from Pendleton Woolen Mills, the company said.

The new interior package is available on W900s featuring Kenworth’s 86-inch AeroCab and 72-inch AeroCab AERODYNE sleepers. The interior features leather high-backe heated seats and a leather sofa bed with suede inserts.

“Kenworth and Pendleton share an appreciation for fine quality and craftsmanship,” said Gary Moore, Kenworth assistant general manager for marketing and sales. “Pendleton’s roots crafting wool clothing and luxurious blankets span more than 140 years. Like Kenworth, they’re a world-renowned manufacturer and fixture in the Pacific Northwest. The result is the ultimate in high-end interior styling for the owner-operator and the fleet manager who wants to reward the best drivers.”

The upper wall of the sleeper berth displays a Pendleton wool fabric pattern, and the seats feature Pendleton-designed headrest embroideery and foldable armrests. The special edition tractor also boasts a leather-wrapped steering wheel and wood grain trim throughout the interior.

“To top it all off, a special Pendleton plaque on the sleeper recognizes this model as a Kenworth W900 Limited Edition, marking it as a special collectible Kenworth truck for years to come,” said Moore.
