KALAMAZOO, Mich — Eaton and Dana have launched a new online ordering tool, the Roadranger Warranty Assistant. It is designed to provide customers and OEM dealers with a comprehensive resource to quickly and easily review, select and purchase extended protection plans at Roadranger.com. The new function, accessible at www.go.roadranger.com/warranty1 covers most medium- and heavy-duty Roadranger system products, with plans available for all commercial truck vocations.

Highlights include:
-Quick Look-Up screens designed to allow extended protection plan shoppers to quickly view prices;
-Quote feature designed to allow dealers to quote, store and retrieve prices for future delivery;
-Drop-down prompts and definitions designed for trouble-free, effortless entry;
-New print feature permits customers to retain confirmation information; and
-Multiple VIN (Vehicle Information Number) capabilities.

Rick Muth, manager of lubricants and special programs for the Roadranger partnership, noted that all of the extended protection plan offerings are specifically tailored according to vehicle and vocation. He said the site is also “intuitive and interactive with program offerings colorfully displayed to help anyone with the selection process.”
