Transfer Flow announces its toolbox/fuel tank combo

by Truck West

CHICO, Calif. – Transfer Flow recently introduced its 70-gallon toolbox and fuel tank combination, which has been designed for 1999 to 2016 Ford, Ram and GM full-sized diesel trucks.

With an adjustable toolbox storage area between 5.5 and nine cubic feet that adapts to the depth of a short bed or long bed pickup, the combo sits on the vehicle’s bedrails.

The toolbox tank is made with 14-gauge aluminized steel, is baffled in two places on all four sides and is powder coated black for a durable finish – an aluminum diamond plate lid comes standard with the powder coated option.

It also comes with the fuel fillneck inside the locking storage compartment, with the 70-gallon auxiliary tank controlled by Transfer Flow’s TRAX 3 Fuel Monitoring System, which includes a dash-mounted LCD display that shows the fuel level for each tank and the operational status of the fuel system.

Customers can also get the refuelling tank upgrade kit, which includes a 12-volt refuelling pump, 12-foot hose and nozzle and a wire harness with a dash-mounted power switch. The kit also allows customers to use the 70-gallon auxiliary tank as a refuelling tank.
