Trucker Path app adds live updates, crowdsourcing
The Trucker Path app provides more than a million drivers with information about truck stops, available parking, fuel prices, and more. Now it’s adding a few additional enhancements.
Real-time and crowdsourced driver insights for shipping and receiving facilities show exact truck entrances, information on overnight parking, check-in processes, and wait times. Drivers can also report road incidents linked to construction, accidents, and police activity.
Processes to share feedback on places of interest have been improved, including images, parking conditions, food recommendations, and available services.
Weather alerts now come with map overlays and rerouting options, while search functions are available by amenities, name, address, and location.
