Trucking HR Canada unveils suite of HR management resources
Trucking HR Canada has unveiled a suite of HR management resources, built in response to the needs of trucking and logistics employers.
The suite includes five online guides that cover diversity, equity, and inclusion; flexible workplaces; predictable and transparent compensation; holistic workplace wellness; and today’s manager.
Linked to each are practical downloadable tools and templates to help employers elevate their HR approaches.
The suite also includes a new Career GPS website to support career influencers and career seekers in identifying employment opportunities and career pathways.
