Western Star introduces new used truck warranty program

REDFORD, Mich. — Western Star has introduced a new used trucks warranty system.

The Five-Points Used Truck Limited Warranty program is available to Western Star used truck customers and offers extensive mechanical and structural coverage for the engine, rear axle, cab, transmission and frame, the company has announced.

“This warranty plan is designed to facilitate productivity and financial success for those who choose the increasingly popular used truck solution,” said Ann Demitruk, director of marketing for Western Star Trucks. “With no deductible charge, no engine surcharge, and an included engine and rear axle inspection, the Five-Points Used Truck Limited Warranty addresses our customers’ need for a high-quality truck with affordable protection.”

Coverage options include six months/50,000 miles, 12 months/100,000 miles and 24 months/200,000 miles. The warranties are available through Western Star dealers across North America. More information can be obtained by calling 866-850-STAR or visiting www.westernstartrucks.com.
