Gin-Cor acquires J.C. Trailers Design and Fabrication

MATTAWA, Ont. — Gin-Cor Group of Companies announced recently that it has acquired J.C. Trailers Design and Fabrication – a Canadian supplier of trailers and trailer equipment.

“This latest acquisition will be of great benefit to all of our stake holders, which include our employees, customers, suppliers and dealers,” said Luc Stang, president and CEO of Gin-Cor. “We look forward to working with the talented team at J.C. to carry forward the tradition of high quality products and services that clients have enjoyed for some 50 years.”

The acquisition became official on April 8, 2016.

J.C. is based in Keswick, Ont. and was founded by John Csiki and his wife in 1965.
