TRURO, N.S. — The Truckers’ Association of Nova Scotia (TANS) has negotiated a special deal for WHMIS training geared to the trucking industry.

The course will be provided on the Internet at www.virtualwhmis.com/truckers for a cost of $19.95 for TANS members. The program has been reviewed by the association and meets all legislative requirements.

This course is the beginning of a comprehensive training strategy to provide TANS members with the best training available via Internet. This initiative will provide the user with 24-hour, seven-day-a-week access.
