AIR BRAKES INSTRUCTOR COURSE OFFERED BY BCTA

LANGLEY, B.C. – The British Columbia Trucking Association (BCTA) is offering a week-long air brake instructor course.

The course, available to members and non-members alike, will run from May 14 to 18, and will cover all the fundamentals of working with air brakes as well as teaching others about them.

Those who complete the course will receive a certificate entitling them to teach classes on air brakes.

To qualify, students must be at least 19 years of age and have two years experience working with air brakes-equipped vehicles.

Registration forms are available from the BCTA by calling 800-565-2282. The cost is $480 for members and $600 for non-members.
