Air-Weigh selling scales on line
EUGENE, Ore. (Nov. 17, 1999) — Air-Weigh will offer sales of its on-board scales and WireLink via the companyÕs Web site at www.Air-Weigh.com. Air-Weigh is offering customers a 5% discount when they purchase an on-board scale or WireLink online.
Visitors to the Web site can also learn about WireLink, the companyÕs multiplexing product that provides four additional auxiliary circuits from the tractor to the trailers and three auxiliary circuits from the trailers to the tractor. These additional circuits may be used to switch other tractor/trailer functions such as dome lights, dump valves, lift gates and door security. The system communicates over the existing J560 connector without modification to existing wiring.
