AMTA elects new board of directors

EDMONTON, Alta. (April 22, 2003) — The new board of directors has been chosen for the Alberta Motor Transport Association.

At its annual general meeting recently, the AMTA elected Bob Hill, of Hill Bros. Expessways Ltd, John Assman of Landtran Systems Inc., and Roy Craigen of ECL Special Commodities Division to the positions of directors-at-large. Wayne Pedersen of Pedersen Transport Ltd. was elected president-elect.

Regional directors chosen were: Cobra Oilfield Hauling’s Eric Astell, who was elected for the second time, Wes Schneider of Rainbow Transport, and Lyle Rosenau of Rosenau Transport.
