SYLVAN LAKE, Alta. — Alberta Motor Transport Association (AMTA) members parked their trucks and dusted off their golf clubs Wednesday, to take part in the group’s annual tournament.

Forty-one teams of six players each took to the course under sunny skies for a full day of activities.

This year, teams were divided into two divisions — Division A consisting of teams that allowed handicaps for team members and Division B — which consisted of the rest of the teams.

The Division A winners were Sokil Transportation, while Advance Engineer Products took the Division B title. Trans-Mutual Truck Lines were awarded the Most Honest Team award.

Next year’s tournament will take place June 19.
