TRURO, N.S. — Residents of Truro can again expect an influx of enthusiastic delegates to the Trucking Association of Nova Scotia’s (TANS) annual convention and meeting from Apr. 19-20.

The event, to be held at the Best Western Glengary, is expected to host approximately 400 people throughout the weekend. This year’s tentative schedule includes workshops on federal regulations, safety, insurance and finance.

“We’re still trying to recruit more presenters. We don’t stop until April,” explains Dave Roberts, executive director of TANS. For more information visit www.tans.ca or email dave@tans.ca.
