TORONTO, Ont. — The Ontario Trucking Association (OTA) will present carriers with a seminar on need-to-know information about liens, liability and claims.
The Sept. 5, half-day workshop will begin at 9 a.m. at the association’s office in Toronto. Featured speakers will include John McNeil, author of Motor Carrier Cargo Claims, and John Douma, the OTA’s general counsel
