Arrow Truck Sales hosts customer appreciation day

MISSISSAUGA, Ont. — Despite the on-again off-again rain patterns this afternoon, Arrow Truck Sales hosted a fun-filled (not to mention delicious) customer appreciation day at its headquarters today.

The used truck sales centre has been in business for more than 64 years and wanted to show its customers how thankful the company is to have them.

“Recently we have made a lot of improvements to our yard and (this day) is a way of thanking our customers for all of their support and beliefs in Arrow Truck Sales especially at this location,” said Vik Gupta, branch manager of Arrow Truck Sales in Mississauga.

Gupta has been working for Arrow for the last 11 years and says over the years the company has built a great relationship with its customers and he thought the timing for the event was perfect as Thanksgiving was just celebrated a few short days ago.

“We don’t just believe in selling the truck,” added Gupta. “Our customers are not just treated as number, we believe they are a member of our growing family. We try to set some standards while at the same time educating our customers. We support them when they need our help.”

Arrow Truck Sales treated customers who attended to a tasty barbeque lunch at its facilities located by Hwy. 401 and Dixie Rd.

Gupta says though the company hasn’t hosted a customer appreciation day like this in several years, going forward he wants it to become an annual ritual for the company.
