Calgary Pete joins PacLease

CALGARY, Alta. — Paccar leasing company, or PacLease as it is more commonly known, has added Calgary to its network of locations.

PacLease is actually a group of independently owned and operated heavy- and medium-duty truck rental and leasing companies.

Jon Whalley, lease manager of Calgary Peterbilt Leasing, says the new PacLease location will serve the needs of truck operators in Alberta very well.

“Calgary is an important transportation and manufacturing center for Western Canada,” he says. “There is a clear demand here for reliable, cost-effective Peterbilt trucks that enhance a company’s image while increasing driver retention — key issues throughout the trucking industry.”

According to Whalley — a 15 year veteran of the full-service truck leasing and rental business — the high demand for over-the-road tractors in the local produce, meat and petroleum industries motivated Calgary Peterbilt to join the PacLease network.

Featuring 10 service bays and broad hours of operation — Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to midnight and Saturday, 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., — Calgary Peterbilt Leasing is located in the heart of Calgary’s industrial center at 1310 Meridian Road.
