Carlisle opens plant in Mexico

NAMPA, Ind. — As part of an overall plan to boost market share, Carlisle Motion Control Industries will open a new spring brake plant to service the Class 6 through 8 markets.

The facility, which will also produce service chambers, will be located in Apodaca Nuevo Leon, Mexico. It will employ 75 people and produce 50,000 units per year.

Carlisle offers spring brakes in sizes 20/24 through 36/36, in addition to a line of service chambers and approved disc brakes.
