Cummins serves quickly on the Web

Cummins is allowing fleet and national account customers to quickly access parts and service information in real time on its new QuickServe Online website, which is used by Cummins dealers and distributors worldwide.
QuickServe Online’s search functions are easily performed, using an engine’s serial number. Within seconds the site can sort through eight million Cummins engines and a million documents to find up-to-the-minute parts and service information about a customer’s engine, including: Part numbers, diagrams and supersessions; service bulletin and troubleshooting manuals; operation and maintenance manuals; literature, tool catalogs and more.
QuickServe Online is available for fleet customers and soon will be available to all users of Cummins-powered equipment.
