TOLEDO, Ohio — Dana Corporation’s Commercial Vehicle Systems unit is integrating its Spicer Heavy Systems Assembly Division into its Ride and Control Systems Division.

“Our mission is to transform today’s components and services into tomorrow’s innovative system solutions that provide more value for our customers on a global basis,” says Rick Clayton, president of Commercial Vehicle Systems. “Ride and Control Systems Division is the group that will develop these systems and modules to meet the market needs of the future.”

As a result of this move, the Spicer Heavy Systems Assembly Division’s office in Wyomissing, Pa. will be closed and its assembly plants in Lancaster, Pa. and Lugoff, S.C. will report to Greg DiMarco, the general manager of the Ride and Control Systems Division.
